About each option
Concrete · 50 mm Ref. WI-1
Wall inlet (return inlet), ABS, with a directional flow ball, for a 50 mm pipe with a 2" outside thread. Rated flow 5 m³/h. The eyeball turns to aim the returning water, so inlets can be set to sweep the surface toward the skimmer and create a slow circulation around the pool that leaves no dead corners. Divide the pump's flow by 5 m³/h to find how many inlets a pool needs — a 15 m³/h pump wants three — and place them opposite the skimmer, 300–400 mm below the water line.
Concrete · 2" Ref. WI-2
Wall inlet (return inlet) for concrete pools with a directional flow ball, UV- and chemical-resistant, solvent-welded inside a 2" pipe. Rated flow 7 m³/h. The eyeball turns to aim the returning water, so inlets can be set to sweep the surface toward the skimmer and create a slow circulation around the pool that leaves no dead corners. Divide the pump's flow by 7 m³/h to find how many inlets a pool needs — a 22 m³/h pump wants three — and place them opposite the skimmer, 300–400 mm below the water line.
Concrete · 63 mm Ref. WI-3
Wall inlet (return inlet) with a directional flow ball, UV- and chemical-resistant, solvent-welded inside a 63 mm pipe.
Liner · 50 mm Ref. WI-1-L
Wall inlet (return inlet) for liner (vinyl) pools, ABS, with lock nut and directional flow ball, for a 50 mm or 1.5" solvent-weld pipe. The flanged body and gasket clamp the liner between two faces so the membrane stays watertight around the fitting; the eyeball turns to aim the returning water toward the skimmer and set up a slow circulation with no dead corners. Fix the body to the panel or block wall 300–400 mm below the water line before the liner goes in, and cut the liner only after the face ring is tightened.
Liner · 1.5" Ref. WI-2-L
Wall inlet (return inlet) for liner (vinyl) pools, ABS, with lock nut and directional flow ball, for a 1.5" solvent-weld pipe.

Pool Fittings — frequently asked questions
Concrete or liner fittings?
Concrete versions are solvent-cemented into the pipe and cast into the shell — wall inlets on 50 mm pipe, floor inlets and vacuum points on 63 mm. Liner versions (the -L models) add a flange and lock nut that clamp the membrane from both sides. Order the right variant before the shell is poured: a fitting cannot be swapped after casting.
How many wall inlets does a pool need?
Enough to return the full filtered flow at a gentle velocity and to sweep the whole pool — as a rule one inlet per return branch, placed to push water across the pool towards the skimmers, with floor inlets added on deep or long pools so circulation reaches the bottom. Our engineers set the count from your pool drawing.
What is a vacuum point?
A dedicated suction connection in the pool wall for the manual vacuum hose, so the pool can be vacuumed without going through the skimmer basket. It connects to the suction pipework with its own valve in the plant room; close it when not in use.
What material are the fittings?
ABS treated against pool chemicals and UV, supplied with gaskets and stainless steel screws. The material does not corrode, chalk or crack in chlorinated water and sun, which is why it can be buried in the shell for the life of the pool.
