Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email sales@waterstar.com.eg with your order number and the items you want to return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories and documents.
• Products made to order or cut to size are exchanged or refunded only where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Approved refunds are returned by the same payment method; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
• Your statutory rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law are not affected.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery. Report any transport damage within 48 hours of delivery to sales@waterstar.com.eg, with photos, so we can arrange a replacement.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects that appear after the return window are handled under the Waterstar warranty. See the Warranty page for coverage periods and how to make a claim.
