Where we deliver
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Orders for delivery outside Egypt are not placed through this online store; for export enquiries, contact our sales team at sales@waterstar.com.eg.
Prices and VAT
Every price on this store includes 14% VAT. Delivery charges also include VAT, so the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Free delivery applies to standard delivery and is based on the order total including VAT. All delivery charges above include 14% VAT.
Delivery from the factory
Addresses within 40 km of our factory in Badr City can choose delivery by our own vehicle at checkout: EGP 684 up to 24 km and EGP 1,140 from 24 to 40 km (VAT included). Our team calls to arrange the delivery day.
Large items
Top-mount sand filters of 600 mm diameter and above, commercial sand filters, the filtration unit, lane ropes, float lane rollers and starting blocks travel by freight. They go by standard delivery, carry a large-item charge and are not included in free delivery:

If your order combines large items with other products, checkout adds the large-item charge to the delivery charge for the rest of the order.
Dispatch times
Each product page shows its dispatch time under the price. Most items are dispatched within 14 days of order confirmation. Sand filters (top-mount and commercial) and the filtration unit are made to order and are dispatched within 45 working days of order confirmation; we confirm the production date with you when the order is placed. We may call you on the phone number given at checkout to confirm your order and arrange the delivery date. Please make sure someone is at the address to receive the goods.
Sand filters are delivered empty
Sand filters are supplied without filter media. Order the filter media separately; the filter media guide lists the quantity each filter needs.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect the goods when they arrive. Report any transport damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to sales@waterstar.com.eg, with photos, so we can arrange a replacement.
